1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the DyeMe mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DyeMe. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. AI Simulations & Accuracy Disclaimer

DyeMe provides hair color simulations using advanced AI technology. These results are for entertainment and informational purposes only. Actual results of hair dyeing may vary significantly based on your natural hair health, previous chemical treatments, application technique, and environmental lighting. DyeMe does not guarantee that physical hair dye will match the App's preview exactly.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

DyeMe operates on a subscription-based model. Access to unlimited hair color previews requires an active subscription.

  • Subscription Access: With an active subscription, you can create unlimited hair color previews using our AI engine.
  • Billing: All financial transactions, subscription management, and refunds are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store. DyeMe does not process refunds directly.

5. User Content License

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload to DyeMe. However, by uploading content, you grant DyeMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, store, and display your images solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We do not sell your photos or use them for external marketing without explicit consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App's AI models.
  • Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DyeMe and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its AI simulations.
